A marketing site that argues from evidence, with a small CRM behind it so enquiries do not go stale.
This is my own site — automation-agency.co.uk — and the first thing a prospective client sees. It also has to do the job it sells: capture enquiries, route them, and make sure none is quietly dropped.
Most agency sites are a brochure with a contact form. The form emails someone, the email gets buried, and the enquiry dies. Meanwhile the site itself makes claims no buyer can check.
I wanted the opposite on both counts: pages that name real clients and real numbers, and a lightweight system that tracks what happened to every enquiry.

Getting conversion tracking to mean something. Three separate lead surfaces each report the same conversion from a different component, and a mailto click on the privacy page is a support query rather than a sales enquiry. Excluding those paths is a small piece of code that materially changes what the ad platform learns.
Holding the copy to its own evidence bar. The site names Marmadbir, PlusRooms, PuntHub and A Story To Tell with specific figures, and a positioning review in September 2026 went back through every claim to check each one was signed off and sourced. The same review found that the strongest proof the business owns — a finance reconciliation surfacing around £1.49m of misallocated job costs — appeared nowhere on the site at all. That finding is the reason this portfolio exists.
No outcome measured yet; this study describes what was built and verified.
