Marmadbir was coordinating field workers manually across WhatsApp groups and phone calls — dispatchers chasing workers, payments handled by phone. We built the full stack: customer-facing front-end, multi-tenant Twilio-powered WhatsApp dispatch flow, and Tranzilla payment integration. Jobs broadcast, workers apply, payments claimed race-safe, client confirmed. The coordinator's manual workload: zero.
