Marmadbir coordinates field workers for its customers. Before we started, that coordination was a person: someone at a desk messaging workers individually to see who was free, following up with the ones who had not answered, and then confirming back to the customer.
Payments were handled the same way — by phone, then matched up afterwards. Two workers could accept the same job before anyone noticed, and the only thing preventing it was the coordinator holding the whole picture in their head.
The company was growing. The coordinator was the ceiling.
A customer-facing front end where a job is booked.
A dispatch flow that broadcasts that job to the workers who can do it, over WhatsApp on the official Business API, so it arrives where they already are.
A claim mechanism that is race-safe: the first worker to accept gets it, and the others are told immediately. Two people can no longer be sent to the same job.
Payments release on client confirmation, so nobody matches them up by hand afterwards.
Multi-tenant from the start, so a new operator can be set up without a developer.
Each of these is set out in how we count — what it measures, the basis, how it was checked, and where we have not finished checking.
“I work with them for a while now, they are nothing less than hard working, fast responding, and very dedicated agency. Highly recommend.”
